We Are Alive

We are in Zambia at a game park today ready to make the 12 hour cross country trip back to Kabwe, Zambia. This has been an amazing adventure. We have traveled into Malawi and have visited many of the ministries Grace International is a part of. We never seem to lay our head in the same place for more than 2 nights. I wish I could write more and post some pictures, but the internet is poor and rare in these parts.
With Praise to God!

Hi Campbells,
I can't believe this is my first time to your blog. Sydney has given me updates about your trials and I pray for you all often.
I read every one of your posts, I laughed, I cried and I was blessed more than I ever could have imagined. I am now living vicariously through you all. Conner and Will loved the monkey shots. Conner's comment on Cole's climbing was "sweeeeeet".
I was most taken by how beautiful all of God's creations are: the people, the scenery, the wildlife and the relationships that are being built.
You are all in our prayers, we will continue to pray for safety, financial support in Kenya and that you all would see the blessings every day.
We miss you here and look forward to your safe return, it is 4/18/08 and it is SNOWING...

Dear Kurt and gang-
Hey! So good to read your blog and catch up on you. Wow, what experiences God is giving you all. Say, Pete and I did the trip on the slow boat back from Luang Prabang. I had flown in from Chaing Mai (Plane was diverted first to Vientiane due to a "hailstorm and lightning" just when we were supposed to land!! But we had a nice visit with our friends there. The water throwing started the day we got there so we did get wet some. Our trip back to Huay Say was 2 nine-hour days. Lots of beautiful scenery as you said but we were glad for the breeze while the boat was cruising. When it stopped it was HOT! First day we had the "hard benches". But had a really special time. Wynn had a neat mission club prayer walk time. He had a couple of those 12 hour bus rides too!! And then instead of going with me to Luang Prabang he took the train down to the beach with Zion and his brother and cousin and friend. They had a ball and an adventure since they did it without parents managing spending money etc!! Last night was Wynn's Prom. he was handsome in his black suit and blue silk tie. He had fun. The FLC HS kids were all duded up and looked great. Take care and God bless, Mary
